  • If FRISTAR fails to deliver the agreed-upon service within the specified timeframe and no reasonable progress has been made.

  • If a technical issue directly caused by us prevents the client from accessing or using the purchased service or product.

  • You will be responsible for paying for any work completed up to the cancellation date.

  • Any deposit or initial payment is non-refundable.
